For the past 20 years, my Professional & Creative work history entails managing all aspect of Small Business

Start-Ups that include Artistic, Creative, Lifestyle Brands. After completing my undergraduate degree in Business Management in 2001, I was eager to become an Entrepreneur ; so I began working as an Organizational Consultant spending five years assisting small businesses organize their back office, operational processes, professional databases and Human Resource Management.

In 2007, I founded Dig Deep LLC, A full service Fashion Accessory brand offering Mens/Women's Fashion Accessory pieces & handbags. Building brand reputation through retail, rental, styling and delivery services.

 

After  five years of managing a product-based business, I realized that my community needed more than products, they needed both! This is why DSW Agency was born - merging my years of business expertise with my creative visions to create a versatile combination of a Beauty and Creative Agency offering Beauty, Business & Creative Management. 

 

My success comes from strong partnerships, professional productivity and creative support. I keep my finger to the pulse on what my clients need in their personal and/or professional lives. With my extensive experience in Business Management, and a love for Beauty, its a perfect marriage.
